$150.00 per hour (2 hour minimum).
Deposit
$300.00 Non-Refundable deposit to reserve your date.
Includes
One to two staff members to serve ice cream during the event. The number of staff will depend on the size of the event and the products served.
- You purchase bulk Homewood Grill product that will be served from the truck, and you keep what is left at the end of the event.
- Ice cream will be served in dishes/cups unless waffle cones are purchased (see bulk pricing).
Downtown Events, Fairs, Festivals, Etc.
- A minimum of 500 people is expected in attendance.
- We offer up to 8 flavors of hand-dipped ice cream and push pops.
- 50 amp electric is requested but not required, as our generator is loud.
- May serve up to 8 flavors of ice cream at a time.
- No topping options are available on the truck.
- The truck is 10′ x 25′. The serving window is on the driver’s side.
- If outside of Effingham, there is an additional $3.00/mile for travel and possible labor fee, depending on distance and number of staff needed.

Dipping Cabinet Details
- Able to dip 4 flavors of ice cream at a time.
- Will hold a maximum of 6 tubs of ice cream.
(see bulk pricing for cost of product) - Rental includes up to 4 commercial grade scoopers. They must be returned clean with the dipping cabinet.

Pickup & Dropoff
Pickup and drop off at 1002 W Fayette, Effingham, IL. You are responsible for the pickup and return of the Dipping Cabinet and Topping Bar. Bring a TRUCK and 2 STRONG people to pick up and drop off! Typical pickup is the morning of the event and return is the evening of or the morning after. Earlier or later times may be available if the equipment is not rented on the preceding or subsequent day.

Reservation Requirements
- 2 weeks’ notice is required in order to ensure product availability.
- First Come First Serve – Deposit AND contract required to reserve your date.

- Serves – approximately 70 single scoops or 35 double scoops (depending on scoop size)
- Each tub includes – 35 dishes & spoons per tub (Each additional $0.20)
